Our sourdough is made with only three simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt. We add none of the preservatives, sweeteners, flavorings, or accelerants that you find in other breads. Instead, we let our cultures of natural yeast (and a whole lot of time) to do all that work for us.

From start to finish, every one of our sourdough loaves spends at least 24 hours in a slow fermentation. This gives our natural cultures time to work their magic. The result is a delicious, flavorful bread, with that tender, chewy crust we all crave. Beyond that, our long fermentation time means that our bread is easier to digest, more nutritious, and contains way less gluten than its modern counterparts. It's the way bread used to be made.
